A deep rooted issue. There are some new faces doing development control... During meeting they cant understand what is explained. Keep asking about what every element in drawing represent and what it is used for..... GOD knows how did they even get to the role.

Second this statement. No thanks to our CKB, who told us to walk around project site whenever we free. As project engineers really jin eng, but superior will not let you self learn in office. Usually will have to go under hot sun to supervise the site supervisors.

Most PE after a while will be guys (ah bengs), or people staying there for the salary. For girls, if you can stay long enough can promote faster. A few examples can be found in other projects in the west

Grade for non-promotee, no. But promotee will be known in Feb liao.

Mostly yes. But there were stories of G6s whom the bosses were picking on but didn't get promoted even after 2 years. Their work was decent, just not favoured.

When grading out ah, need to prepare to make my exit👀
