Currently working in civil consultant, and got an offer for LTA project management with big pay jump.

But Tiagong from friends saying LTA project management is all talk no actions and always get suaned by people in the industry since most project management team are non-technical and even directors are non professional engineers. Anyone can confirm is true?

get suaned by people but still get high pay. see whether you want or not only. lta still has its role and purpose.

Able to specify how big is the jump? How many YOE do you have?
