Is a job in MAS still relevant since Ong Ye Kumg is a big fan of ownself check ownself. There is no need for MAS since banks can ownself check ownself.

I have joined 1 year. I seen some ad promoted to dd but still individual contributor reporting to another dd (TL). Actually whats the promotion criteria from ad11 to dd10 ah?

IT in shortage everywhere. The FI already chiong all the emerging tech. Take cloud as example. MAS (or WoG) use cloud meh? I could be wrong, but it is likely MAS IT still rather old fashioned and I would be skeptical how up to date are the skillset of the IT folks there
