Hi all! Does anyone know for mid level entry for associate, how many rounds or who will you be interviewing with? Is it Executive Director Level or Director Level?

Department Head, but they can be either ED or D, depending on whether they work long enough to get the redesignation.
2 rounds, bc there are 3 Division heads and 1 department head then split into 2 rounds, the first round with 2 Division heads then the second round with the remaining Division Head and Department Head

Everyone will reach DD eventually (retire after 35 years), just that if you're not good at speaking you won't be a "Team Lead" even when you work for so many years. No chance to be a D unless you become a Division Head.

You mean sponsorships right? Scholarships are what people get after A levels or midterm in university. Sponsorship is when you perform well at work. It's completely dependent on job performance, but the masters degree doesn't have to be relevant. Like i dont think an MBA is relevant leh.

are these salary grades applicable to MAS as well? because i heard they went through an exercise a few years back where they reduced bonuses but increased salaries?
Not very applicable. We call it "grades" here.
Grade 12: Assistant Director. Definitely above $5.9k, maybe $6.5k. Because after the increment I got above $5.9k, but still grade 12.
Grade 10: Deputy Director. Around $16.7k. My DD colleagues can afford branded bags, cars, condo.
Grade 8: Deputy Director who is also Division Head. No idea about the pay.
Grade 4: Executive Director. Definitely above $20k, because my boss say she got 10% paycut for covid-19, and that's more than $2000 per month.

Grade 11: Assistant Director. Glassdoor says up to $9k.

Grade 8: Deputy Director who is also Division Head. No idea about the pay.
Grades 5-7: Director who is either Team Lead (obsolete scheme) or Division Head or Department Head (just promoted). Glassdoors say $20.6k.
Grade 4: Executive Director. Definitely above $20k, because my boss say she got 10% paycut for covid-19, and that's more than $2000 per month.

Thanks for the sharing man! I see! For DD, normally how long will young graduate officers take? Other post previously mentioned 10 years. Will they be given higher visibility than others?
