some say the letter will be released on 1 April, but last few years is always dated 7 or 8 April. so will know this week or next week.

It better be good. I think those who have stayed on, a good number of them are critical to the organisation because exactly the senior management lacks deep technical expertise in finance, law, and accountancy.
FIs are dangling easily 20% upwards increments for a jump. And the main reason is because MAS pay, especially for mid experienced officers are so low.
Not good there will be another strong wave of resignations.
