Many will get alot more this year, there is already one round of exercise to increase the pay.

Don't quote me, but many are looking around 4-8% for ppl whom are not promoting.
for promotion, an estimate is around 7 - 17%

How long will it take for AD1 to be promoted to AD2? Is the promotion based on years of experience?

Take years of experience into consideration, still need 4 years to promote from AD1 to AD2? How many years of experience does it take to be AD2?
