MAS for Mid Career Professionals

I always know lah, the $8 ijooz monthly credits sia, like give you one drumstick then they snatch back the whole damn chicken by cutting your increment and bonus sia. Using your own money to make it look like they very welfare

Heard MAS bonus is much lower than other public sector agencies, although MAS base may be higher (some MAS bonus may be ‘baked’ into the base). So other agencies might get 1.5-2 months or so performance bonus on average while MAS one may only get 0.25-0.75 months. Is that true?

You really talking kkj. If get 0.25-0.75 mths bonus in MAS, the problem is the staff sia not MAS

I think it’s quite true leh. Alr heard a few people with this range of bonus.
Anyway the increment issit same for all or also vary? 3%?

If I get less than a month bonus for this year with a "good" rating, does that mean I am nearing the cap of my grade or does it simply mean my div / dept head thinks my performance is ****?

I always thought a "good" rating would net at least 1.5 month bonus.

How can it be? I don’t know anyone getting 0.25-0.75

C grade is around 35 to 75 percentile I thnk. So the bonus may differ even if you get C grade like low c or high c. You can ask where do you stand within your division from div head.
