No la B grade can get more than 3 to 4 months.

Are u sure or not?? I have never gotten 3 months bonus on a B grade ever.. Are u talking about the ancient times, like 2010s?

Can soneone explain why for the bonus may differ quite a bit for an officer of the same grade, say AD who go B rating in one Group and another?
I recall HR did explain C rating is meant to wide range so okay can understand but B? A?
