there is a 2+ mth bonus folded into the basic. most ppl forgotten about that. MAS used to have a year end bonus but they did away with that some years back and instead, distributed the 2+ mths over 12 mths. People who have been ard long enough wld rem this.

If I am guessing the right one, I would say this ED is actually not bad. It is definitely so much better than the fake ones who smile and pretend like they are nice people but actually plotting behind your back. This is the most disgusting behavior ever.

Wow, I didn't know that there are many more such EDs! OMG 😮!

Then again, you may be a victim of your own perception now since you think she's 'not bad' . (I heard she's known to be play good cop/bad cop and then throw people under the bus at times)
