We have a lot of talkers, actor and actress. They act like so busy and just do the talking.
Think they are so important and essential to make a big changes to the organisation.
No idea how it turn out this way over the years. Not an idea place to work for long.

Work so hard for what then? Just cruise along la. I see people just slack here slack there take a few months leave come back still get promoted.

Because everyone wants to be a facilitator, but not a doer. If you do, you will need to stake, you will need to decide and that's risky. Facilitators can talk all they want and leave the consequences to others.
