For goodness sake. The OP description of project build then decommission is not that uncommon. Pl dont make people think you asking them disclose confi matters

Is it?? Other places that I know of are not like that leh. Projects do get commissioned and be successful
Otherwise, they get LDed.

Even so, projects that get decomm after like 4 years,is at least justifiable. Many projects are getting decommed after 6 months to 1 year, honestly is like wtf.

And projects that get decomm so easily is a sign of incompetency to deliver things properly....

I keep getting the feeling that the annual surveys are not truly confidential. Who knows if they can trace the results to the team, or even officer?

They always say results are aggregated.

If you scared of being traced, then dont be too specific when describing specific scenarios - focus on solutioms to improve?

That's the consequences of lacking thoroughly design walkthrough and requirement gathering.
