That doesn’t solve the round neck issue above, as many professional looking dresses are round neck without button collar. Hr will have no solution either, as differing opinion on what constitute office appropriate attire is not confine to mas. Why not jazz up ur tshirt with a smart casual jacket?

I don’t always think some of the things I see people wearing look professional but not too fussed if they doing their work & their bosses ok with it. Besides, if your colleague pregnant with hot flashes & they still turning up in office, also not nice to pick on dress code right? Hee

Are you aware that it has tax deductible status?

I think there is a guideline on casual outfits. Minimally, it has to be polo shirt. T-shirt isn’t in the acceptable guideline.

Hiring process
Is the hiring process very long even for a temp role or contract role? Trying aim those fast to hire positions. Alot of places 3 rounds and assessment then tio reject after months.

Think here minimally 2 rds of interview. Should have simple written assessment. How long in between each round cld depend on how interested the panel/interviewer is to recruit you. But interval in between interview and result need not be determinative. I heard examples where after interview took some weeks to get back (maybe not first choice) but in the end still recruited.
Generally civil/public service recruitment process not as fast compared to private. For HR to make first contact could be 2-3 weeks after application. You oso wun b just apply one place so if never hear back assume no interest until otherwise informed

That’s not the point. It’s my money, it’s not for Hr to auto sign up for donation.
