Guys do you think I can try to nego the salary for associate with a few years of working experience

Unlikely. Assoc is the most junior title. At that level the salary bands are fixed.

I think Div Heads are superscale appointments? Anyone can confirm this?

Div Heads are not superscale appointments. They are more like small managers in private sector
