Understand that MAS doesn’t have AWS, what’s the total bonuses an average performer receive?

Its usually those who stay like 10 20 years in mas that has an overly high opinion of themselves and their abilities

Mid career hires from mas typically do better after they left mas as they already have private experience

i got rating Good and bonus is 1.5 month. maybe DD get more months for 'Good' rating

Is the pay package standard for all mid career joiners?
