I got 4-5 year exp in the aerospace industry with NS with 2nd lower NTU EEE

If i were to join DSTA (air system) as engineer/snr engineer, how much should I request in term of basic salary? or how much will they offer?

let say $x is the basic amt of salary , no "NS" for 1st class "executive position".

thus engineer salary no "NS" = $x + $300

if engineer is with "NS", the salary = $x + $300 + $300

Average increment is probably 4 - 6% per annum.
