Politics is existent everywhere, even in DSTA. But in it, it's less lethal and happens less frequently. It's not so much backstabbing. More of "see you buay song" kind of politics but within your own entity, politics seldom is a problem.

Workload is dependent on which entity you are in. In the ones that work closely with the army and recently, Cybersecurity, their workload is more xiong...but compared to outside, you can still take things slow and learn in a pace which you'll probably get kicked out if you are working outside.

...package usually means the whole contract.

16 months is what you get average for a year...provided you don't cock up.

On average.

You are almost assuredly not going to get that for your first year because of pro-rates.

Let say i 1st class with Ns starting 4.9k.

let say I am an average C performer over the next 5 years.

- how much shall be the annual increment for average C performer, how many %?

- let say after 3 years, i got promoted. how much shall be the promotion increment for average C performer, in %?

- what will be the basic salary after 5 years consider the above scenario?
