Wow that's a lot compared to private sector engineer. No wonder so many people stay at DSTA despite all the complaints.

For the past few years, there had been alot of market adjustments and special bonus (MAC), so it is possible to earn 110k pa as the bonus could be as much as 6mths (including AWS). But i cant say for future as this depends alot on the special bonus. without the special bonus, it would not be possible to hit 110k pa for an average performer.

May i check are you a 2nd upper or 2nd lower? What is the average bonus like without the special bonus? It would great if you could disclose how many promotion you gotten and which grade are you in.
Millions of thank!
