Technically leaves like maternity shouldn’t affect your grades.
But it’s always a good excuse for bosses to mark you down indirectly.
However I have a colleague who was on maternity follow by extended no pay leave in 2023. She just got promoted to E5 as of today.

This is fair mah. Ppl have to cover your work for you. Of course give better grade for those doing more work right?

Guys go on 4 weeks paternity leave and 3 weeks ICT leave too.
Not like i got better grades for covering for them

ICT guys no choice but to go, is mandated by gov. You having a kid is a choice. Not saying you deserve the C, but why blame guys going for ICT? You think we like wearing camo and sleeping in the jungle?
