Better to stay E3 with higher performance bonus and lesser responsibilities

But I heard E3 ceiling is only slightly above 10k.
Most will hit ceiling quite fast if stuck at E3.

That is still 180k annual with 6 months bonus based on B grade and 13th month

How long does it even take to get to E3 as a non scholar vs scholar though...feels like most people will peak at this grade?

Some non scholars are stuck in E2 even in their 40sz
Many scholars who joined in 2020 promoted to E3 since last year July.

PSC scholar, dsta scholar or dsta merit scholar oso got different promotion timelines...not all scholars promote to E3 in 5 years one.

Likely C if they don’t intend to promote you.
That’s just 160k annual.

Recently got offered dsta merit scholarship, 1 year of bond per year of sponsorship, is it worth taking up?
