How long does it take for a farmer to reach E4?

I received an offer but they don't allow WFH at all which is a dealbreaker for me. The policy is that there is no internet access for work laptop so work can only be done in the office.

In DSTA, you will be doing more project management work than technical work. Even you are doing technical work, usually is outdated stuffs or POCs which are non-transferable to outside world.

Dont think about jumping around after you joined DSTA.
