Why girls get paid $400 less for the same job?

Senior Engineer caps at E3. Can be E1 to E3.

Few years ago I was E2, drawing around 5.6k as 2nd lower. Male.

They claim that guys have NS "experience", warranting more pay. Honestly pretty BS.

so unfair, no wonder this place guys to girls ratio is like 9:1

Could someone share some reviews of this role - in terms of workload, salary etc.

A little hesitant if I should do a job switch from a stat board.

Not sure how much u earning now, but a lot of procurement executives at dsta are there very long. Good pay, wlb.

For farmer, E3 before 30 possible?

Average E3 pay is around $10k?

Is CSIT or DSTA better for a tech career? im interested in software eng and wanna know which has better exit opportunities

Procurement is overworked, many left in recent years. In fact wlb is terrible at dsta
