apparently the diff between 1st class and 2nd is 100. one of my friends (first class hons student) is offered 4070 recently.

your friend seems to be underpaid. because 2 years ago the salary for first class with ns is 4180 in the forum.
is your friend a girl or guy? because maybe you have to factor in the ns portion?
if it is really 4070, den it is kinda unfair for the first class hon ppl.

me 2nd lower from NTU, with 4-5years in aviation industry.........if join as air system engineer, how much basic salary should I expected(or ask for)??
Also how much is the annual increment for average "C" performer? how many % increment?
if promote from grade 6 engineer to grade 7 senior engineer, how much is the promotion increment? how many %?

Serious !?!? DSTA paying so much for a fresh grad? Can anyone please verify this info? I'm not trying to doubt his credibility just that i am quite amazed. (No offense)

well someone did say 1st class was paid 4070.
But then again the previous known starting salary for fresh grade was: 4180, 3880,3680.
so it could still be quite accurate considering a slight increase in pay.
so.. we are still not sure unless more people come in to verify.

I got 2.5 year exp in Oracle DBA with NS with private degree. OCP with knowledge in business analytics. Saw in career gov with openings for dba, how much shld I expect for basic pay? 4300~4800? I think i can try to apply for senior post..thx
