Hi, anyone knows for 1+1 contract role what are the possibility of converting to perm role after the 2nd year? Is it based on performance or headcount within the department? Thanks in advance!

Headcount, if the HR opens up. Performance can be outstanding but if no headcount, no perm spot.

I just got offered but would like to ask if anybody know like what are the working hours like. Feels like 1 person wearing many hats. Hope to be able to take up courses to improve as well. Have Uni cert but didn’t enter as estate manager. Maybe can see myself promoting??? But first 1+1 contract abit worrying after change to perm then see how.

Hi did you accept ? I just joined, with the same position . Uni degree but admin exec position
