Hi, anyone knows for estate executive and in terms of work-life balance how is it like? Also, how is the pay for a fresh grad with second lower. Thank you so much for the help in advance.

Unsure about the work-life balance, but a large part of it depends on whether the estate executive is working from HDB Hub or at the branch offices. As for the pay, EE is a diploma level position and is thus paid accordingly ($1900 to $2400), doesn't matter if the applicant has a degree or anything higher. As a degree holder, you should be trying for the Estate Manager position.

Anyone know what HDB offers for fresh uni grad with working exp? Worked 6 yrs with my diploma and recently got my degree. Will they take my diploma working exp into consideration?

Of course they will take your diploma working exp into consideration plus if you apply for the related job it will be a added point.
