I believe the candidate must possess excellent academic results (e.g. 1st class, double degree, etc.), with strong IQ and EQ.

I really don't get it on the academic results. I know some of my friends who are not the best in terms of GPA but they manage to get the offer from Google which pays a lot more than GIC. There are easy modules in University that you can take, and it will boost your GPA but at the end you don't learn anything. I think as long as the GPA is decent (second upper/first class), then the candidates should be assesed based on their experiences/interview performance, that way it will be fair to all candidates.

What’s the point of making noise here? All companies have their polices. If they want to take in high gpa and you want to enter the company then u should go take those modules that is useless but boost gpa. Else don’t talk cork so much.
You this kind I know even if you take easy modules. Also will not get gpa type. That’s that come here so free make much noise.

Anyone received invitation?
I applied, finished all required pymetrics & Hirevue
appx July 16, but still hasn't received any response.
Heard there will be a phone interview before Assessment centre
Anyone received phone interview invitation?
Shall I consider being rejected since I haven't receive one yet?

Mine same status as you... GPP suppose to start from August 2019 to March 2020, now already August leh... plus this week long weekend till next Tuesday. I got no phone interview also.
