Some changes.. culture changes take time
it's easy to remember.. AEIOU (Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership and Unity)
but will take time to shape.

I work nearby always pass the ncs building. Looks like a new logo on the building.
Is ncs very jialat now? Since alot of their senior all jump to govtech
