Hello. I just got an interview invite for S&T associate programme. Any tips for the interview for those who went?

How much bonus on average from htx? All in, including 13th month. Any engineer bonus? TIA!

Maybe 3-5 months to be safe? (13th month, VB, etc0

Anyone have good news getting into HTX after CNY?

Hi, I would suggest you read up more on current affairs, what HTX does and the difference between their functions.

All in, 13 month, mid year, end year, perf bonus will be around 4 to 6 mnths

HTX cannot compare to Govtech one. The bureaucracy is worse than other similar govt-tech agencies cos it resides in MHA, a ministry known to be v regimental lor. Most of the engineers' work is just pleasing the senior management only.

Typical civil service where wayang amd angkat bola can get u further than doing actual work. Everything also outsourced to external vendors. Nothing much to learn there besides their tender process and paperwork. It is a good retirement home thou. Young people that value development should avoid HTX, and just come in when u want to retire.

When is the first date to resign after receiving bonus in march?
