iirc if you come in as fresh grad as XT5 (degree holder) then maybe 1-2 years can land you in XT6 already. But XT6 onwards will be slow, can take 4-5 years to get you to XT7 subject to your performance

it is best to leave this agency to be honest. the longer you stick, the harder you can leave cause the skills you learn here is not applicable outside. outside private sector don't do such rubbish work.

Don't need to listen to that bugger that is jealous of associates. I'm not an associate but got promoted from XT6 to 7 in 2.5 years. Joined HTX with 7 yoe.

Do things well, make your dir notice you and happy with your performance will do.

Understood but what does associate really means? Well not sure which dept of HTX you're under but I've seen people from my dept taking 4-5 years to get to XT7, maybe you're some high flyer ba

But I was get raised voice by working level colleagues but I choose ignore. Becos my supervisors and Bosses not done that to me. They quite polite to me.

My dept when i join in with 2 other engineers, we all 3 got emplaced after a year.. by another colleague who join in a month earlier was not emplaced.. so, likely after a year if not emplaced the boss still not confident in u la.. need more time to monitor u.. important thing is watch your mouth, dont talk unnecessarily, let your work do the talk..
