This is a govt agency. They have their own way of calculating the salary irregardless of what salary expectation you may have. If you didn’t get the salary you want, the only option is for the Director to request to up your job grade. Still that depends on whether they want to do it.

That day i talking to my friend, when i work in the xdata team before wah got some more senior than me then think he v zai cause got some yoe. Not dd lah but not fresh grad oso. But he actually cut lot of corner one. Others dontdo only so he win liao lor. But he do thing like sabo other people project. Then in meeting he keep talking to put other team down. But ownself he do lots of strange thing. He will take all the police confi data and transfer to his personal laptop for pw. He say ok confi but boss dont know is ok. Then boss (head) also say eh idw know what u doing u just do. Whole team by let one. I think all the xdata people know who i talking about. But anyway he exemplify to me what is wrong with the system. Bad mouth everyone else dont sneaky thing yourself - will get high respect lmao
