Principal engineers have approval levels equivalent to a DD. Salary easily above 13k.

I’m too humji to report him but i’m hoping HR can issue an email announcement out to all in HTX on the birthday leave policy. Is what he say true? If HTX don’t support and we’re supposed to prioritise work then so so be it. What angered me the most is that I came back to work on the report with him but he told me he will be wfh 🤦🏻*♂️

It's nonsense. Birthday off is inside the HR handbook. Everyone is entitled to it.

Plenty of paperwork to complete as part of application. Did HR ask you to submit documents and paperwork?
