It depends. For me, it also took me around 2 weeks (since last interview) before moving to second round, which is technical assessment. You could send an email to HR to follow up.

Very sian that the whole scholarship thing is such a popularity contest. You need to chummy up to management and HR to even get invited.

The ppl who needs the real training, are those doing all the work. Too low visibility to even get invited.

In 10 years all they get is rubbish scholars who can only wayang.

How much do Principle engineers get in HTX? Thinking of trying. Currently getting 12k in another tech agency with 6 yoe. Should I even bother trying?

2 days family care leave, birthday leave yes

I once took birthday leave (planned and approved weeks before), but was told by supervisor to cancel the day before to go back to work because he needs me to complete a report. and also that HTX don’t support birthday leave so you need to come back if asked to by supervisor. Don’t know how true that is but lan lan had to cancel on my spouse to go back to work (on a report that is not even THAT urgent)
