hmmm no don't think so. Bonuses are calculated generally with additional 2 - 4 months, which includes performance bonus depending on grade -> 2 - 3+months] + [public servant bonus -> 1 - 1.5 months] for the year.

Wow. Then the annual compensation is really quite high even for an average XT7 performer.
How long does it take for an average fresh grad to hit XT7? 8 years perhaps?

Base salary already include 13th month. So looks higher only.

Fresh start at XT5 for degree holder, so maybe 6-8 year possible i guess. Looking at todays cost of living, this range is very normal, not to say its bad but wouldn't consider it in the top 20% of income for those with 8-12years of exp. And yes this includes the '13th month'.

3-4 years if you're an associate
6-7 years if you're a normal hire.
