so tldr is got chance but dont be surprised if they more easily impressed by scholar.
It's true. If you are not scholar, be prepared to tank bad grades. Stuck as ants forever.

Would like to check whether new offers from HTX is based on 12 mths (with AWS already included) or will we still get 13th month in Dec? The HR previously gave an informal offer but did not indicate the above, and will be on leave till mid next week.

BTW, do you have any idea about the pay ranges (or years of working experience) mapping to each job grade (etc. XT5, XT6, XT7)? How is the job grade assigned?

No AWS in most company already, all incorporated into your "inflated" monthly pay.

Fresh grad = XT 5
Grad with a few years of experience = XT 6
XT 7 must be zai one i think
