Haha they always try to use high bonus as a smoke bomb. but basic pay low af. starting pay for eng is 3.6 then work there 5 yrs around 4.3

Where got so low after working 5 year there?
My ex-sch mate (grad in 2017) getting 5.4K+ after close to 5 years in PSA intl as engineer

Your friend FCH isit? Either way, it is still low. Imagine receiving what fresh grad are getting now for working 5 years or more...
Its true that PSA like to use high bonus as smoke screen to cover up for their low base pay else nobody will be interested.

This is basic pay not adding incentive. And not all departments have incentive. The bonus is base on your basic pay which is 3.6/4.3. You ask your friend show you the annual pay instead. Then compare it with outside market rate you will know its low.
