You must think like this. Training period 1 month so you are getting 1000 during that month can you survive with 1k a month and after a month what if you don't get the job? They will kick you out? Then need to find job again? 1k is not enough to live in sg for a month.

Imo
In my opinion, those company that use training to reduce your pay is not worth it as if they can reduce like this during training period means your benefit also get reduce

From next work day to a month plus. If 2 months still havent get back means you are rejected.
