You must think like this. Training period 1 month so you are getting 1000 during that month can you survive with 1k a month and after a month what if you don't get the job? They will kick you out? Then need to find job again? 1k is not enough to live in sg for a month.

In my opinion, those company that use training to reduce your pay is not worth it as if they can reduce like this during training period means your benefit also get reduce

How long have you been construction industry?

From next work day to a month plus. If 2 months still havent get back means you are rejected.

anyone can share how long is the training period for nucleus programme and is it allowed to wfh?

if you can't wait, you can look for another company. why die die want NCS ?

Guys if renege on NCS, any penalty?
