Look for a company that can improve your skillset and offer better pay. 6K is not a lot, I wouldn't risk a new environment for that.

It's difficult if you are good.
I was good and I couldn't switch team. Which is why I quit and my pay increased more than 2 times within 6 months after I left NCS.

Hard to gauge, if you don't tell us how much you are offered. They probably don't see 9 months as much experience on the other hand.

Is it due to not working for less than a year? probably not considered until you work for another full year.

Foreigner friend with local U CS second upper class just got software engineer nucleus offer, 4.5k basic + 1-1.5 AWS. On hindsight, should have advised him to ask for more as I heard ACN is offering 4.9k.
