Got bonus when main company is suffering loses? I think your bonus kena eaten by main company to stay afloat.

Working 3 years liao.. increment seems quite lower than the market rate... Should I jump ship?

Nope. 3 years too soon. Employers will think u job hopper. Stay for at least 7 years first. This is my general advice.

But it's kind of frustrating to see my this year increment is even lower than my first year. However, I was taking on more responsibilities and tasks in the project. Sometimes just feel like why not just jump ships...

Should jump every 3 to 4 years.

Yeah... actually nothing... thanks for the advice and I should plan to go else where liao

Hahah reading through all these post I can conclude that these ncs “seniors” are the most pathetic bunch of people. Lucky I got a better offer after 2 months and jumped.

You'll be surprise of alot of "senior" getting very good pay with minimal work.
