Some ppl here really know how to exaggerate, NCS confirm dun pay Directors 800k annual.

Their annual basic is only 300-350k and even if you add in all the bonus, shares and perks is only 500k+ to 600k tops.

Is there 13 month AVB at ncs? What is the bonus structure like? Do they give semi annually or at year end ?

bonus is AWS 1mth + variable 5-6mth annual

you must be a flyer that get band 1 every year.. but that impossible, unless u promote every year.

Last year I only got 4.3 months excluding aws.

band 2 ..

got an interview for java developer. fresh grad from nus, 3rd class.. programming skills/knowledge limited to basic java with only 1 "major" project (full SDLC) done in sch. not confident in programming but want and willing to learn. so wanna check if ncs is a good choice and easy to get in?

and i know there's a technical test during interview. anyone knows if it's tough?

5-6mths bonus is for band 1
