is this 7750 base considered a good offer?

i have 5 YOE and last drawn 7k.

hope you are competent. seen so many of them in NCS but tbh, can do without them.

It seems like u are taking abt 10% base pay jump. Take note that NCS's.bonus is 1 month on average, with no 13th month. Compare your total annual package between your current and NCS's. In the end, u might end up taking less annually in NCS.

just accept if higher pay than current

from what i see, PM here very relax, can give ownself power to WFH while kaki are the ones suffering and doing the work

everytime i see the ceo or grp ceo send out email about how great business is and how much profits they are making, jitao wanna send email why each year only get 1% increment and 1 month bonus
