This is actually my impression of Organisational Development too! Because it is a generalist job. I am aware that public sector like to tai ji here and there and I am fine with it so long as I receive my salary every month. I am getting older so all I want is just to collect money.

I think you'll be quite sorely disappointed now. I heard work has ramped up alot more now compared to like maybe 2-3yrs ago.

OD must work closely with ceo. Also parachuted ex navy. See previous posts about how good he is.
The director in charge of OD is ex navy. Parachuted ex military man (coincidence? Haha). . Heard they like to umbrage and throw staff under bus.
