Close to 4 years experience with masters degree offered $3500. Considered decent pay in this economic environment? Last draw was $4400

Looks like HR is taking opp to lowball grads in the COVID climate. But they're right, be thankful you have a job, take it first and move on when better opps present themselves.

Depends, is this a permanent job with career progression and benefits or contract position? What's the job title?

IMDA Sectoral Transformation Grp
If you happened to join the Built Environment dept, the Dir-level management is quite sub-par...

Offered IMDA Assistant Manager in Business Development (Innovation)
Have 3 years experience in private sector in an IT company. Went for the interview with IMDA and they offered to match my pay of $4900 with the Assistant Manager Rank Grade 7. I was under the impression they would offer a Manager rank at the very least, since the offered rank is the same as fresh grads. Can anyone with insights advice me on this?
