Think about it...why does IMDA require an in-house digital transformation team when IMDA itself is supposed to have already embraced and undergone digital transformation in the first place? 2 possibilities:

1. Created by WOD for the sake of wayang, trying to justify its existence by having "more teams and more work"
2. The entire IMDA is genuinely lagging in digital transformation which is ultra paradoxical when it is the one encouraging people and businesses to embrace tech

Either way, it means this place is in shambles so the answer is don't join.

The whole IMDA is very political. Don’t expect cross-division teamwork, even when the DD or management suggest. All the different div will find ways to cannibalise each other and take over the project and u will knena from ur boss. Turf-protection is super important. U suffer alone, and the mantra is make sure ur boss shine bright even without any support.
