The encik tan at ARC standard dropped alr. Even the kopi and teh raised prices.

Dunno how long ago was this, but I think there's alot of things being done by that team nowadays, got what Academy and like got monthly events all that. So may not be so relaxed. AFAIK the team there is all young ladies (quite chio some more), no close to retirees there one leh.

If you know how to push responsibilities around or to other depts, and maybe play office politics? So that you no need to do work urself, i.e shake leg and no need to be responsible. Good if you have great skill to spin stories, IMDA management loves that IMHO.
Not many older folks, better to look elsewhere

Recently I just received an offer from IMDA AI programme office as a data scientist role, the JD looks very interesting to me, but knowing the nature of IMDA is not a tech firm but more like a regulator, I got a bit worried about my career progression(I am not a scholar nor good at public speaking). so just wondering any insider can share about the culture and management style of this department? thanks in advanced!
