Sounds like a good place for me to accept the offer. I've been in pte sector and am currently looking for a role with better work life balance to spend more time looking after kids. Hopefully HR can match my last drawn salary and I won't have much work to do.

Entire DITG is quite toxic. DITG includes DISG (headed by SS), TPO (headed by AO) and HCD (headed by another toxic boss DT; practically all the TLs there left)

good luck to those who join or want to join because you either didn't read the reviews or don't believe the reviews. After having worked for quite a number of years in government service, I have never seen so many people left in a years' time, not to mention some even left within months of joining, the red flag is there.

The name and shame culture espoused by AO is well known. This kind of asshole has inferior complex that's why need to depict others in a bad light to make himself feel better. The worst part is the HRBP is not doing anything despite being aware of the mass exodus. She probably lost count the number of exit interviews she conducted this year.

Default Time frame for HR response

Anyone can advise how fast or slow does IMDA's HR work? Any estimated gauge on when we can expect a reply if we are shortlisted, and to assume otherwise if no reply?

Also P.S. for future applicants: is a cover letter important to IMDA?
