This is getting funnier than ever... I was the poster who interviewed at IMDA previously but I wasn't the one replying to your post calling you delulu and guessing your identity. I would say interviewees can be very invested in the company which they have/had an interview with, which includes digging up the dirt on Glassdoor and this forum, plus checking out employee profiles on linkedin. And let's just say that IMDA has deteriorated to a level where it has become a real time case study for juniors on 'How not to be a narcissistic, mediocre leader' in life. Plus your ex director June Koh actually came online to throw shade at senior management in a multitude of personalities makes it highly entertaining for outsiders to watch and subscribe to this thread.

Years of suffering and voicelessness when oppressed at work can lead to real mental health problems, so an outlet like this might not be such a bad idea. If done right, this can also become a treasure trove for prospective employees, HR and senior management to understand the attrition rate or work culture of certain departments, if they bother reading at all. I have read some of the anecdotes here and they seem to be fairly accurate. If the staff did not experience a grievance that affected them deeply, they would not take the time and effort from their work to come onto a forum to type it out. But baseless personal attacks without contextualisation and also involving people's children and family - these I cannot stand behind.

Keep it professional, people. Write a factual account of your experience and do not just bring up the name of someone and attack them without explaining what they did first. And JK, plz stop with the personal attacks. Stalking senior management on social media and badmouthing them for participating in long running company activities like a durian-eating session is not what I would call constructive feedback. It shows a lack of professionalism and really reflects quite poorly on you both as a person and leader. We can see a pattern of your ex-bosses and certain colleagues being cyclically abused by you here and they seem to be either personal attacks or misinformation. You are causing this forum to devolve into a toxic environment with your personal vendettas, like the work culture of your departments.
HR doesn't give a fk about mental health. When staff raise issues to them, they simply provide a counselling hotline without bothering to understand what had happened.

HR personnel are not psychiatrists or counsellors.

Please seek help from the appropriate people.

It is asking the toilet cleaner for help with your bowel movement problems.

Then you complain when the cleaning offers his toilet bowl brush to you.

99% of the people at IMDA she interacted with dislikes/hates her. She has been in IDA/IMDA for the longest time. She is still here *itching about others and spreading fake news. Go figure.

I like how you have it in your head that ONLY those who were UNDER her has something against her. You must be JK if you are so warped and misguided in your perception of things at IMDA.
