MMF in IMDA is so ****ed...plenty of useless headcounts in so many departments
The whole organisation is so bloated like a morbidly obese person in need of liposuction
MCI seriously needs to review and reduce the amount of manpower there

So too is the likes of MTI
so many SAD / AD

Not at all. There's no career advancement because you are just working with and learning from people with no technical background. The roles are just "coordination" work which is nothing more than making phone calls, sending emails and scheduling appointments. And like what others mentioned, the work environment is toxic and abusive.

This is a flat out lie. AD / SAD are entry level roles at MTI.
Many M / SMs in IMDA are way more senior (plus paid better).

Taking Employement Survey
Heard there is a department that "force" its team to take Employment Engagement Survey together.
Are they management worried of low-score and have to resort to this level and pressured the staff to give a more favorable rating?

Not really that the entire civil or public service is like that. All the agencies i went before, including my current one, didn't force us to take it together. We just need to make sure we complete the engagement before the due date.

Quote for true. I came from GovTech previously and we my team don't have such practice.
Not surprised that IMDA did that, and it's a team led by LCH's comrade and you can understand why

That person must be some lowly IMDA HR staff tasked to pull the rest of the civil service down. No other agency is managed like north korea except IMDA, that's why there are so many ****ing defectors.
