It depend on the effort you put in. I got a friend who change from swe to cyber security done a few cyber cert 6 month before he switch.... Aws, cissp and oscp... He was promoted to senior after probation

Don’t join CSA if u want to learn more
 
As simple as what the title says, don’t join if you want to tackle tough problems and level up. The work they do are not challenging enough to learn more.

Tackling cybersecurity issues at the national level in itself is already very challenging. Don't think of only doing technical then you call challenging.
