Pay grade
Hi guys, hope everyone’s doing well.
I recently received an offer, just wondering if anyone knows how the grading system works at CSA? Was offered a grade E.
Greatly appreciate it anyone has any insights on the pay grading system.
Cheers!

I was contacted by their HR and was given an offer, so was informed that it was of grade E. Seems like it’s rather hard to find information regarding it.

can you shed more light on this though?
understand that the left column means the grade type.
what about the right column?
what does AM, M, SM, AD, SAD and DD mean?
