whats the mx equivalent?

fresh grad is at D level?

what is the average number of years for a farmer to promote for each level?

Looking at random officers from linkedln looks like about 2 years. But not sure if they are high flyers

progression is same as other stat board

In IRC for the last 1 year. Not as bad as what were said here.
Good supervisor and training opportunity.

Looking at the comments, mostly trolls.
Working in CSA is ok. You get the common red flag like all other govt. Agencies. But people are generally nice and pace of work is seasonal in Ops. Work culture is good.
