Looking at random officers from linkedln looks like about 2 years. But not sure if they are high flyers

Looking at the comments, mostly trolls.
Working in CSA is ok. You get the common red flag like all other govt. Agencies. But people are generally nice and pace of work is seasonal in Ops. Work culture is good.
